JAY TAYLOR

PARTNER & CEO

Jay Taylor is one of the founders of Remote Finance Group due to his extensive experience and knowledge in finance. His dream was to find a way for customers to step away from the difficult process of financing a product and for small dealerships to have access to a highly trained team without the overhead, and that’s how Remote Finance Group was born.

Jay was born in McKinney, Texas, and was raised in a family that has a long line of sales and customer service. He has a wonderful wife who always stands by his side and has two daughters, a grandson, and four stepchildren. His free time is spent entertaining family and friends, and you can always find him at the lake in the summer months. Jay doesn’t like the cold, so in the colder months, you can almost bet you can find him in the kitchen making top-notch chef-like meals.

JASON DWIRE

PARTNER & CFO

Jason Dwire is one of the founders of Remote Finance Group due to his 22 plus years of powersports experience.

Jason grew up in a small town in New England where he had a huge passion for powersports. That passion led Jason to pursue working in the industry at an early age, from sweeping floors to becoming a sales manager over the years. A Career opportunity was offered for Jason, his wife and daughter to move to Mckinney Texas to grow his career. Soon after, Jason's dedication led him to become a general manager of a high volume powersports store where he learned all aspects of sales, parts, service, and finance.
On Jason's off time, you will see him riding his motorcycle's, enjoying time on the lake with his family and watching his daughter barrel race horses!

SEAN CHANDLER

PARTNER & COO

Sean Chandler has spent the last 18 years in the powersports industry. Starting out with two dealerships, he helped build it up to 14 dealerships before the sale of the company in 2022. He is very knowledgeable with sales, finance and service processes within the dealerships. Customer service and satisfaction are our biggest priorities in building a partnership with our dealers.

Sean has been with his wife since they were just kids and they have three beautiful children who keep them busy year round. They enjoy the lake life and to spend as much time as possible at their cabin by the National Forest in Oklahoma.

SEAN HUFFMAN

PARTNER

Sean Huffman brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the trailer industry, having entered the field in 2008. His journey began on the manufacturing side, where he excelled as a national sales manager and later transitioned seamlessly into the role of a general manager overseeing retail stores. Prior to his tenure in the trailer industry, Sean dedicated over two decades to the automotive sector, where he honed his skills in various capacities such as salesperson, general sales manager and general manager. In addition to his impressive industry background, Sean also boasts a wealth of experience in advertising and marketing, further enriching his professional repertoire. Throughout his career, Sean has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving business success.Beyond his professional endeavors, Sean treasures his role as a devoted husband to Wyndy sinde 1998 and as a father to two adult boys. Family holds a special place in Sean's heart, and he considers himself blessed to have found his soulmate and to be dedicated to his family's well-being.Sean's holistic approach to life is evident in his diverse range of interests and accomplishments. His past as a successful college debater has instilled in him the value of effective communication and critical thinking, which he has passed on through the rewarding experience of coaching both his boys in sports and debate. Despite his wealth of knowledge and experience, Sean remains committed to continuous growth, regularly seeking to expand his expertise in sales and marketing.With a rich tapestry of experiences and a deep-rooted passion for personal and professional development, Sean Huffman continues to make meaningful contributions in the trailer industry while cherishing the important moments in life.

RUBEN SALINAS

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Ruben Salinas was born in Monterrey, Mexico. He was a child when his family immigrated to the United States. He grew up in Dallas, Texas and quickly fell in love with the Texan lifestyle. His family instilled in him strong family values that he has now passed on to his two sons. He began his career in retail management and became successful thanks to a simple rule that his family always followed: treat everyone you meet like a guest in your home. Years later, he had the opportunity to begin a new career in the powersports industry where he developed sales and customer service relationships and was promoted to finance manager. In his free time, Ruben enjoys cooking and grilling for family and friends.

DEALER DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Chandler Hamilton is Texas Native, born and raised in Sherman, TX. Straight from high school he spent time in Florida playing college basketball before moving home and starting a sales career. Chandler has several years of experience in sales and marketing. His passions are to provide results that meet the customers' needs and to grow a relationship that exceeds expectations. He has a beautiful wife and a daughter. When he isn’t in the office, he is with his family making memories, golfing, or watching sports.

AMANDA GLENN

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Amanda is a seasoned photographer with over 25 years of experience, currently based in Denison, TX. Since 2012, she has expanded her expertise as a content creator and social media manager, while starting her own business. Amanda retired from coaching High School sports in 2019 but continues to be a passionate teacher and event planner at a local Christian school. God & Family are at the heart of her life, as she cherishes time spent with her two children, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, eagerly anticipating the arrival of her grandson. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys cooking, fishing and sports.

FINANCE MANAGER

Eddie was born in 1989 in Arlington, Texas. After graduating from high school, he attended ATI in North Richland Hills, Texas and obtained his motorcycle mechanic degree in 2010. After graduation, he relocated to North Texas, where he currently resides. Eddie began his career in the powersports industry in 2011. He has worked his way up to sales and finance manager over the last 13 years. He has a wife and two beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending time outdoors together, anywhere from the lake to the trails! He loves to take his boat out when the weather permits. He loves taking the razor out on the trails. Eddie appreciates all the memories he makes with his family and friends!

FINANCE MANAGER

RJ Olsen was born and raised out on the west coast and developed his competitive nature playing baseball and football throughout his childhood. That competitiveness is what thrust him into his sales career straight out of high school. He has been known for his work ethic and desire to win, which has given him the opportunity to provide for his family. RJ is blessed with a beautiful wife and three amazing children. He and his family have a small hobby farm with chickens, pigs and horses and they enjoy spending time together working on all sorts of projects around their property. They’ve also created many memories out on the lake and riding side by sides through the woods.

With a passion for adventure, Justin can often be found navigating rugged trails on his dirt bike or casting lines with his family on fishing trips, cherishing the moments spent outdoors. Alongside his adventurous spirit, Justin is dedicated to his role as a husband and father to two wonderful children, finding joy and inspiration in family bonds. Drawing from a robust background in sales and finance, Justin is committed to delivering exceptional results and forging meaningful connections in his professional endeavors. Hey there, I'm Christopher Segovia, a proud family man blessed with an amazing wife (we actually met at Disney!) and our adorable one-year-old daughter who brings so much joy to our lives. I also have a spunky dog, named after the legendary Chewbacca! When I'm not enjoying family time or helping my wife with her plant business, you can find me indulging in my passion for motorcycles or cheering on my beloved Dallas Cowboys. My journey began at MMI, where I honed my skills as a motorcycle mechanic before transitioning into sales. I’ve learned instead just selling becoming a friend is much more important, committing to ensuring the best experience possible.

Don grew up in Sherman, Texas, a small town where he completed his high school education. He then advanced his studies at Grayson College, specializing in drafting and design. Throughout his time in college, he worked full-time in customer service, gaining experience across various industries, from restaurants to automotive dealerships. His extensive background includes computer knowledge, management, and sales. Don is known for his drive to achieve goals, demonstrating focus, dedication, and loyalty to those he supports. If you need something done, he's the person to rely on. In his free time, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and their five pets, as well as rebuilding his computer system.

Steven May is a North Texas native. Steven has a background in RVs. Moving up in his career performing duties in parts, service, warranty, and eventually F&I. When Steven is not working he enjoys spending his time working on cars and jeeps, boating, or riding motorcycles with his beautiful wife Kelly and their fur babies.

Ben found a fit for his drive and passion to succeed in sales, beginning with cell phones and then moving to the automotive business, where he honed his skills in sales, finance and management for over 10 years. He was lucky enough to meet his wife when she worked at the same dealership as him while she was also attaining two college degrees. They enjoy spending time cooking and working around their home in Durant, Oklahoma. When they’re not with their two dogs and two cats, you can find them traveling to football games, new cities and visiting Ben’s family in Iowa.

With 15 years of diverse experience in sales and finance, Abel Santiago has developed a robust skill set that spans from retail environments to building and managing a thriving RV dealership. Known for his exceptional ability to connect with clients and understand their needs, Abel has consistently driven revenue growth and fostered long-lasting relationships throughout his career. Beginning his journey in retail, Abel honed his sales techniques and financial acumen, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. His transition to managing an RV dealership allowed him to leverage his expertise, overseeing operations, sales strategies, and financial management. Under his leadership, the dealership not only increased sales but also enhanced customer satisfaction through tailored service and innovative solutions. In his free time, Abel enjoys exploring any water related activities with his wife and two boys and is an avid sports fan!

MEGAN REICHERT

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Megan was born and raised in Southern California, but relocated to Boise, Idaho in 2012, where she met her now husband and started a family there, they now have two beautiful children. In 2021, She and her family moved to Texas, where they've happily settled into Texas life. During her time in Idaho, Megan served as the Adoptions Manager at the Idaho Humane Society, a role that required strong customer service skills and team management. Her passion for helping others and guiding her team to excel drove her success in this position at Remote Financing Group. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her kids excel at their favorite hobbies, as well as riding her horses in her free time.
